Shared rooms are advertised at $700 per month, with two beds in one room, while private rooms are advertised at $1,000 per month for one resident. According to the business, both options include utilities.
But the concept extends beyond providing a room.
Malone’s Senior Co-Living describes its environment as one where seniors can maintain independence while also experiencing community, friendship, and support.
The advertised monthly arrangement includes three home-style meals each day, laundry service once a week, basic household services, and basic utilities.
Residents also have access to common areas where they can eat, interact, and spend time with others in the home.
For eligible residents who need additional assistance, caregiver services may be obtained separately through authorized caregiver services where applicable.
