Getting Out of Your Own Way

Sometimes, the most significant barrier to your success is simply standing in your own way. It isn't even about meeting external challenges head-on; it's about successfully navigating the internal obstacles you place in your own path. Trust me, I know! Those obstacles usually take the form of negative self-talk and a vibrant inner critic that tells you you're not nearly as capable as you should be.
