Property All Risk Insurance

Property All Risk Insurance is a comprehensive insurance policy designed to cover losses and damages to property. It provides coverage for a wide array of potential risks that could threaten the integrity of the property insured. This is in stark contrast to standard property insurance, which typically covers a limited number of named perils. Furthermore, Property All Risk Insurance policies can also be customized to include additional coverage for specific high-risk items that may not be adequately covered under the standard terms of the policy.

Comprehensive coverage is available for most property owners and businesses. It's called Property All Risk Insurance, commonly referred to as "PAR." Over the years, I have sold many types and lots of policies. But in my mind, PAR stands at the top of the insurance coverage hierarchy among the many kinds of policies one can buy.

What makes PAR such a super policy is that it covers all kinds of events that can happen to your property that are not specifically excluded in the policy. Why do I think PAR is a must-have for almost all property owners? Because it protects you, our client, from a whole slew of risks that can cause property damage and significant financial losses.
