Hey folks, it's Uncle Lucky Larry here, and I'm fired up! If you're like me—a proud Californian sick of the endless taxes, crazy laws, and power-hungry politicians running our Golden State into the ground—you're not alone. The current mess in Sacramento has turned California into a failed state, full of tyranny and corruption. But guess what? There's hope on the horizon, and it's called New California State.
Born from the guts of fed-up patriots, this movement kicked off in 2018 when folks like leader Paul Preston said, "Enough!" They declared independence right here in our backyard, pointing to decades of one-party rule that's stomped on our freedoms. No more! Drawing from the U.S. Constitution's Article IV, Section 4—which guarantees us a republican form of government just like our Founding Fathers dreamed—these brave souls are building a new state from the rural heartlands and conservative counties that still believe in liberty.
Remember the 1849 Compact Constitution? That was our original promise of fair play and self-rule. But in 1879, the bigwigs ditched it for a set of corporate bylaws that turned government into a money-making machine for the elite. No lawful government left—just chaos! New California State is fixing that by going back to basics. They're reorganizing under the old spirit, using Article IV, Section 3's playbook (like how West Virginia split from Virginia during tough times) to create a fresh start without packing up and leaving.
Big wins are happening fast. In July 2025, they held a rockin' constitutional convention in Visalia, hashing out a new blueprint for freedom. By August, counties were voting yes on the full constitution. September brought signed bills on sheriffs' powers and fair elections—set to become law once Congress gives the nod (fingers crossed after that September 23 deadline). And just last week, on October 4, a statewide vote crushed it: Over 90% yes on key rules like no gerrymandering districts, capping assembly seats fairly, and keeping corporations from playing government.
President Trump even backed the vibe back in March, calling out California's "abdication" of real authority. Events keep rolling—the ReOrganized California Convention hits San Diego on October 25 with shouts of "Making California Great Again!" Jump on their biweekly Zoom calls or local town halls; it's all volunteer-powered, no fancy lobbyists.
This isn't pie-in-the-sky dreaming. It's your right to "stand your ground" and throw off the chains, echoing the 1776 Declaration and our own 1846 Sonoma bear flag revolt. New California State means lower taxes, strong sheriffs, honest votes, and a government that serves us, not the cronies.
So, what are you waiting for? Head to newcaliforniastate.com and register today. Let's reclaim our state, restore the Republic, and make California shine again. Who's with me? Drop a comment below—let's chat!
Stay lucky,
Uncle Lucky Larry
