Here are my favorite ways to decompress:

Slowly stretch your body, your neck, lay back and extend your legs. Release the tension. No multitaskingโ€”just stillness.

๐‘ป๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ต๐’-๐‘ป๐’†๐’„๐’‰ ๐’๐’๐’๐’†: Dedicate one space in your home to quiet reflectionโ€”read, meditate, or journal. Replace the noisy tech world with soothing sounds of stillness. 

๐‘ป๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ด๐’Š๐’„๐’“๐’ ๐‘ฑ๐’๐’š๐’”: Savor the small thingsโ€”your favorite tea, a soul brightening essential oil, a nature walk, or a lit candle. These little joys will put you in a state of gratitude and presence - completely improving your energy. 

Taking time off can feel impossible, but integrating these micro-breaks into your day will make all the difference.
