If being an executive in marketing, sales, and revenue was simple, everybody would do it, but it takes a lot of tenacity, a lot of grit, a lot of hard work, and that's a lot easier to do if somebody's inspiring you and giving you some ideas that you can leverage to move forward.

As the world of sales is constantly evolving and constantly changing, I think it's even more critical to get together with people to understand how are they helping to solve some of the problems that our buyers have today and what are some of the unique things and creative things that people are doing to attract buyers and to better understand buyers. 

What keeps me engaged in this specific community? Just it's talking to my peers, learning something new and the content just keeps getting better and better. Other communities I'm in don't specialize in sales inside sales, giving all the research and the statistic they're, they have a different focus. So I think the focus of this is really why I continue to participate. 

Challenges that you face alone, you suddenly find somebody else has not only faced it, but overcome it or had a hard, hard lesson that they learned so you don't repeat it. So having that network of people that you can reach out to help expand your mind on different issues that we face every single day. We always find a lot of value in the partnerships that we're able to form with some of the other great organizations that are part of the team here. 

And personally, I love the opportunity to connect with my peer group outside of other organizations and learn from them and try to figure out if there's things that they're doing that we can pull into our organization and benefit from.
