Working in Home Care should be a rewarding, fun and a life changing business. We enter this sector to change people's lives and start home care agencies because WE CARE.  

 

So Why are so many Home Care Directors unhappy?

Working alongside 100's of home care companies over the years the NO 1 reason I hear for unhappiness is  - The directors feel they have lost control of their business.
