Obesity and weight gain are common problems that many people deal with at some point in their lifetime, especially in the United States. Recent Studies
Scientists held a study containing forty-four subjects, both male and female, aged 21-55, who were considered healthy but consumed moderate to heavy alcoholic beverages. These subjects tend to consume an average of 9 to 18 alcoholic drinks within a 72-hour period.
For a six-week period, the two randomly assigned groups were asked to add 1.2 ml of test supplement to their first alcoholic drink beginning on Friday and ending on Sunday. One group would use Adaphyte™ (Fix - 75mg of concentrated oxidized hops compounds), and the other group would receive a solution without Adaphyte™ to serve as the placebo group. The subjects were told not to change any of their dietary patterns or exercise habits throughout the duration of the study.
Throughout the six-week study, all of the subjects who actually used the Adaphyte™ lost weight, an average of 2.50 pounds. One subject’s weight did not change. As for the placebo group, ten subjects gained weight with an average increase of 1.29 pounds, nine stayed the same, and one subject lost weight. In both groups, none of the subjects reported any side effects or sudden illnesses.
The results of this study show that consuming Adaphyte™ on days of higher alcohol consumption can prevent weight gain and promote weight loss. Studies have also shown no negative side effects from using Fix.
