I set out to wash my King Size Duvet in their 14kg washing machine. It was an easy process with clear instructions for card payment, so that part went very well. I had a glitch with the washing powder vending machine - most likely user problem (me) - I got quite confused and ended up paying twice and not getting my washing powder. Naturally I was quite annoyed! I left a message for the manager explaining my grievance. He was very professional and apologetic and offered me a refund as well as suggesting that he would place instructions on the vending machine to ensure it doesn't happen again. I was happy with this result. Thank you!
