We had estimates done by 3 different companies, Parkside Painting far and away provided the most detailed and thorough estimate hands down. Additionally, they were the only company using high end paint for the entire project, not just for certain parts of it (ie. trim, or doors only). All work to be performed was clearly written and exclusions noted. They weren't the lowest bid and based on the higher quality paint and attention to detail this was expected and came as no surprise. We are more than pleased with the end result. The crew was prompt, communicative, and their skill in both the preparation work and the application of the paint was first class.
