James and Tommy from Mitchell Plumbing and Gas were absolutely amazing. They arrived early and worked hard to install our new heat pump hot water system. They were extremely friendly and professional. They happily answered my questions and went above and beyond to explain how the system worked. They cleaned well up after the job. The system was well-priced and customer service through the office was very good. They gave quotes immediately based on photos I sent through so we didn't have to pay to get them out for an assessment first. James also did a really good rendition of True Blue and Waltzing Matilda while he worked. Would highly recommend!!!
