Knowledgeable, and recommend me to few types of hot water system. Finally, I choose Rheem 270 L heat pump to suit my needs. Lester also follows up after the job completed. All the way, was so smooth and easy. When it comes to Plumber, Grand is the first tradie I have met that will do above and beyond his duty. He helps me connecting the fridge for free, thank you so much. For retiree, it is such a good help. Again second plumber Tom also very friendly, help me with what I ask him without hesitation, appreciated. We need people like you guys more in trade departments. Thank you Helen
