Whether you’re a business coach, a content creator, or a small biz owner just trying to stay visible on Instagram and run your backend systems, AI tools are showing up in every corner of the internet promising faster, better, easier.
So heres my take: Faster doesn’t always mean better. And automation doesn’t always equal authentic.
That’s where a lot of people go wrong.
As an AI consultant and digital marketing strategist, I’ve seen both sides. I’ve seen the power of tools like Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini, Canva Magic, and even voice-to-text AI workflows. But I’ve also seen people accidentally outsource their entire vibe to robots.
So let’s talk about it. How to use AI to multiply your message without losing your unique voice in the noise.
Let me say it louder for the people in the back: AI should support your creativity, not replace it.
If your captions, emails, or blog posts sound like they came out of an AI factory from 2020, your audience will feel it. And you’ll start to feel disconnected from your own content too.
AI is here to scale your intention its not here to shape your whole dang identity.
The best content comes from your lived experience, your behind-the-scenes stories, your values, and YOUR voice. Need I remind you that there is only one you? AI can’t replicate that. But it can help you get more of it out into the world much faster, more consistently, and with way less burnout. So yes, non creatives can now TAP in.
I’ll share my own workflow to keep this practical. ( From the lense of an AI creator, consultant and micro builder).
Here’s what AI helps me do at the current stage:
Brainstorm ideas when I’m tired or stuck : I’ll ask my custom GPT to help me come up with story angles based on my past content themes.
I've built about 7 assistants now for different areas of my buiness.
Please don’t do this, friend:
If you do that, you’ll sound like everyone else and that’s the opposite of what AI is meant to help you do.
At the end of the day, your audience doesn’t want perfection. They want connection.
They want to hear your story.
They want to know what you believe.
They want to laugh, cry, or feel inspired by the way you show up.
AI can help you show up more often, not more perfectly.
It can clean up your process, free up your time, and help you focus on the parts of your business that really need you. But it can’t give you authenticity. That part is all you.
If you’re new to this, don’t stress. Here are a few friendly tips to try:
AI is not here to steal your voice. It’s here to scale it.
If you're using it the right way, it should feel like you're building a studio version of your voice. It's clear, consistent, and completely you. You don’t need to sound robotic to be efficient. You don’t need to sacrifice storytelling to stay on schedule.
I want to help more business owners, especially women who feel stretched thin—build their brand with clarity, consistency, and authenticity. AI is the tool, not the solution. You are the magic.
If this resonated with you, I’d love to show you how to use AI in a way that feels aligned, natural, and actually fun. My agency builds custom AI tools and micro-apps that feel like you, not like ChatGPT wearing your lipstick.
Heres a FREE tool you can try that we built. AI prompt organizer app helps you store and organize your prompts all in one one place so you know exactly where they are when you need them. All Free, No catch.
