We did two (and a half) projects with them. All completed on budget and ahead of schedule. Great communication from Chris and Marti, great work by Oleg and crew. We lived through the reno, which was made possible by the care with which the crew cleaned up every day (and of course the speed at which they worked!) We encountered a few minor surprises, but Chris was more than fair with the change orders and was often willing to meet in the middle. Stand-up guy. Fun to work with, too. I would heartily recommend CER and am so grateful for the beautiful work they did. Co-signed by my spouse!
