This team is exceptional. Closed on time, perfect communication, and in general they were just easy to work with. My situation got a little weird, but everyone was very patient. I was given genuine advice on what to do and it felt like it came from a friend. You will *never* get that from a big bank. I am very thankful my broker connected me with this team.
