There is nothing that I can type in this review that would begin to express the gratitude I feel for the Wendy Thompson Team. My husband and I were under the tightest of time constraints--we sold our house in less than one day and then had only 29 days to find and close on a new home. I was so overwhelmed with all of the horror stories I'd heard and read about delayed closings, most often as a result of human error. While I was very optimistic, I had prepared myself for human error just in case. But the more I worked with The Wendy Thompson Team, my skepticism quickly gave way to peace of mind. In 29 DAYS, we found and closed on the home of our dreams. There were no delays. There was no miscommunication. There was no human error (I did forget to upload a document. In less than an hour, I received an email and promptly added the missing document). The Wendy Thompson Team is polite, professional, and downright phenomenal.
