This was my first experience in purchasing a home so I am unable to compare The Wendy Thompson Lending Team to another lender, but I would never deal with anyone else. I was warned that the actual loan process would be the biggest headache of home buying, that is not what I experienced. The entire process couldn't have gone smoother for my wife and I.
